Video Editor

We are Media House Agency, a creative digital marketing company. MHA is a growing company with plenty of room for growth within our company. We reach clients online through omnichannel marketing, multichannel marketing, or single-channel marketing. We are searching for a highly creative video editor to lead our organized projects. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Position Summary

MHA is seeking to hire a talented Video Editor, whose primary responsibility will be to develop and produce video content that reflects our product’s identity globally across different platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid visual and conceptual portfolio with the ability to deliver high-minded, best-in-class, collaborative creativity and a demonstrated enthusiasm for their craft.

In a nutshell, you will plan, create and deliver content in various formats for various platforms and strategies, report on it, and transform those insights into actions; specifically for social media, but for other marketing channels as well. You will be responsible for being up to date on content trends across all social media platforms and bringing creative ideas.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading projects such as internal and external content production and you will work hand in hand with multiple internal stakeholders to brainstorm, create and plan out various types of content and the tasks and time management of team members.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Maintain and Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output. 
  • Collaborate directly with project teams to understand client objectives and project design.
  • Design, develop and present eye-catching creative graphic contents that support agreed-upon goals and strategy for clients on various social media channels.
  • Assemble raw footage and organize projects.
  • Create polished videos through video editing, color grading, sound mixing, and graphics.
  • Work closely with the Media Buying and Content Team to meet the creative vision for the project.
  • Create various aspect ratios and localized versions of video creatives if needed.
  • Research new ways to speed up workflow, including new plugins, software, and shortcuts.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and conducting team meetings to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Completed or Running)
  • 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing editing skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Must have a personal computer.
  • You have advanced knowledge and command over Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop
  • Your knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci resolve will be a plus.
  • If you have behind-the-camera experience, then it is a bonus (video and photography)
  • You are well aware of all the latest trends in social media
  • You have a competitive and proactive attitude.
  • You have a good sense of humor that you incorporate into your work.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Communicative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have the willingness to learn and develop Video Editing skills

  • Time: 07:00 pm – 12:00 am (Online)
