MHA seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing client success and brand awareness developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. In this multifaceted role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee email marketing, social media management, and marketing across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp, and others, content marketing, video platform management including YouTube, SEO, and other dynamic tasks within the digital marketing landscape. His responsibilities include devising and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, and leveraging various channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement.

In This Role, You will:

  • Oversee and maintain social media presence across various platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp, and others. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing visually appealing templates, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, including social media posts, email marketing, infographics, and content for video platforms, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize video content on platforms such as YouTube, ensuring videos are well-optimized for search engines and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into marketing strategies to enhance effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, developers, directors, and also the project manager to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Coordinate efforts to align messaging and achieve marketing objectives effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or any related field (Completed or Running).
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in roles related to email marketing, social media management, content marketing, video platform management, and SEO.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to align content with marketing objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency and familiarity with relevant digital marketing tools and platforms including Mailchimp, Getrespons, and HTML email template design for email marketing, and content calendar planner tools for SMM.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp would be a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
