MHA seeks a Marketing Director to play a pivotal role in enhancing client success and brand awareness by developing and executing high-level marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. In this multifaceted role, the Marketing Director will oversee all marketing activities including brand management, campaign development, and marketing across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp, and others. His responsibilities include devising, executing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies, managing the marketing team ensuring team collaboration, and leveraging various channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement. The Marketing Director will ensure alignment with client objectives and drive exceptional results through innovative marketing approaches.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee and maintain the overall marketing strategy across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp, and others. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Manage and execute high-level marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing visually appealing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
  • Create and curate strategic marketing content for various digital channels, including social media posts, email marketing, infographics, and content for video platforms, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Oversee and optimize video content on platforms such as YouTube, ensuring videos are well-optimized for search engines and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Implement advanced SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into marketing strategies to enhance effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, developers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Coordinate efforts to align messaging and achieve marketing objectives effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field (Completed or Running).
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in leadership roles related to brand management, campaign development, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to align content with marketing objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency and familiarity with Google Suite and relevant marketing tools and platforms, including Mailchimp, marketing automation tools, and content calendar planner tools for SMM.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp would be a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
