At Media House Agency (MHA), a leading creative digital marketing agency, we specialize in providing creative and innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients, utilizing result-based dynamic marketing approaches and cutting-edge trends. We focus on crafting compelling e-commerce strategies that captivate audiences and deliver exceptional results increasing clients’ sales. MHA seeks an E-commerce Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing client success and increasing client sales by developing and executing e-commerce strategies tailored to client objectives. In this multifaceted role, the E-commerce Manager will oversee the e-commerce management services at MHA, starting with the online retail operations of New Mexico (NM) BizTalk, a sister concern of MHA, as a client. You will manage e-commerce at the NM BizTalk website, and e-commerce at Etsy and Printify Drop Shipping & Printing Service for NM BizTalk and other clients later on. Your responsibilities also include devising and executing comprehensive online retail business management strategies and e-commerce strategies, managing these platforms, and leveraging various channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement to achieve sales targets. You will be supported by a Graphic Designer for designing and a Social Media Manager for social media marketing to ensure the smooth operation of the retail business for NM BizTalk and other clients in the future.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client success.
  • Oversee online retail operations for NM BizTalk, including the NM BizTalk website, Etsy store, and Printify Drop Shipping & Printing Service.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to design products and create visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to drive traffic and increase sales through targeted social media campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and tailor strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure MHA’s strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on e-commerce best practices and platform usage.
  • Support the expansion of e-commerce services to additional clients as the business grows.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any related field (Completed or Running).
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing online retail operations. 
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce business, e-commerce management, and digital marketing. Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing would be a plus. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Printify, and others. Familiarity with Google Suite and excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage e-commerce projects successfully.
  • Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp would be a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
