MHA seeks a Director of Operations to play a pivotal role in optimizing client success and operational excellence by developing and executing high-level operational strategies tailored to client needs. In this multifaceted role, the Director of Operations will oversee all operational activities including process management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across various departments. His responsibilities include devising, executing, and monitoring comprehensive operational strategies, managing the operating teams ensuring team collaboration, and leveraging various tools to optimize efficiency and productivity. The Director of Operations will ensure alignment with client objectives and drive exceptional results through innovative operational approaches.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee and maintain overall operational strategies across various departments to ensure efficient and effective workflows. Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to improve productivity and drive business growth.
  • Manage and execute high-level operational projects, including optimizing processes, allocating resources, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
  • Create and curate strategic operational plans for various departments, including Graphics, Video, SEO, Socail Media, Finance, HR, and Production, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Oversee and optimize resource allocation, ensuring that all departments have the necessary tools and support to achieve their objectives.
  • Implement advanced process optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency, including workflow analysis, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all operational activities using tools like ERP systems and performance analytics platforms. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing processes based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management. Incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into operational strategies to enhance effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including department heads, project managers, and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated operational plans. Coordinate efforts to align processes and achieve operational objectives effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all operational initiatives are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field (Completed or Running).
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in leadership roles related to process optimization, resource allocation, and workflow management.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational strategies and the ability to align processes with business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency and familiarity with Google Suite, ERP systems, process optimization tools, and relevant operational management platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp would be a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
